Drilling Jars and Absorber

2. Mechanical Drilling Jar-Model JSZ

Model “JSZ” Drilling Jar can be actuated by mechanical fully. The inner chamber cannot produce high-pressure. The change of oiliness cannot impact jarring effect. The short overall length can reduce the harm of bending alternating stress, facilitating the conveyance. It has the low sealing property and reliable using property. It should be used for offshore drilling and directional drilling.

3. Mechanical & Hydraulic Drilling Jar- Model JYQ

Model “JYQ” Drilling Jar can integrate the mechanical and hydraulic. The up jarring can be acted mechanically as to realize the stepless control of up jarring tonnage. The mechanical down jarring can be divided to adjustable tonnage and unadjustable tonnage. The lock mechanism can avoid the miss up jarring. 4. Hydraulic Drilling Jar- Model QY

The up-down jarring of Model “QY” Hydraulic Drilling Jar can be acted hydraulically, realizing the stepless control of up-down jarring tonnage. It can protect the drill string effectively and improve the using life. The hydraulic stored energy mechanism has the advantage of reliable property and good stability. The scope of time delay interval: 30S～240S; the scope of service temperature: -40℃～180℃. The scope of outer diameter: Ф80mm～Ф241mm. It can adopt the new special material for higher property and safety. It can normally used for drilling, coring, workover and fishing etc.

5. Hydraulic Jar-Model YSJ

It can be only full hydraulic tool, realizing the stepless control of up jarring tonnage. The scope of time delay interval: 30S～240S; the scope of service temperature: -40℃～150℃. It can be used with Model “YJQ” Accelerator as for better effect. It should be used for up jarring fishing and coring

6. Super Fishing Jar- Type CSJ

Model “CSJ” Super Jar is a hydraulic tool, realizing the stepless control of up jarring tonnage. The scope of time delay interval: 30S～240S; the scope of service temperature: -40℃～150℃。The scope of outer diameter: Ф80mm～Ф241mm. It can be used with Model “YJQ” Accelerator as to obtain the remarkable jarring effect. It can supply the new special material as the requirement as to obtain higher using property and safety. It should be used for fishing and coring of up jarring.

7. Jar Intensifier- Type YJQ

Model “YJQ” Hydraulic Accelerator can be used with Model “YSJ” Hydraulic Jar and Model “CSJ” Super Jar. It can be mounted above Top Jar and drill collar as to obtain more up jarring. It has the advantages of compact structure, reliable sealing and high strength

8. Mechanical and Hydraulic Absorber Type DHJ

Model “DHJ” Mechanical and Hydraulic Absorber, which can adopt the Belleville Spring and silicone oil, is a two-action shock absorber, being able to absorb the bounce and jounce of drill tool. The high rebound rate generally can be: 85%～95%. It has advantages of good serviceability, high load bear and long service life. It has a characteristic of changing the rigidity as to protect the bit optimally, suiting the requirement of different layer.

9. Two-way Shock Absorber -Type SJ

Model “SJ” Two-way Shock Absorber should be mounted on drill string which is near the bit.

Rebound rate: ≥90%～95% ; Rigidity: 3.5～3.9KN/mm. It can slow or sorb the longitudinal bounce and peripheral torque impact of drill bit (drill string) simultaneously. It should realize the best fitting of drill pressure and rotation rate as to reduce the drill cost and improve the drilling efficiency. It can be used for the roller drill-in of hard layer, gravel layer and soft-hard interlayer or the process of abrasive coring.
